Puerto Rico Farm Credit is actively seeking for a Marketing Coordinator with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms—including website content, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM systems—to support lead generation, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Analyze marketing and campaign data using analytics and automation tools to generate insights, measure effectiveness, and guide continuous improvement.
- Develop and support content strategies across newsletters, blogs, customer communications, and brand messaging while maintaining consistency with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events, tradeshows, community outreach, and vendor/agency partnerships to enhance brand presence and support sales and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards while leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Availability for occasional travel (events, training, outreach)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation
- Knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Industry experience in financial services, agriculture or regulated environments
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
