Living Residential is seeking Weekend Concierges to join our team at Manor House in Dallas, Texas.
We are currently hiring for two weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Candidates should indicate which shift they are interested in when applying.
About the Opportunity
The Concierge serves as a welcoming and professional presence for our residents, guests, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, personable, attentive, and comfortable providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist residents with general questions and requests
- Monitor building entry and help maintain appropriate visitor and vendor access
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with package and delivery coordination as needed
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
- Monitor common areas and report maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns to management
- Communicate resident concerns, incidents, and important building updates to the appropriate team members
- Complete required shift logs, reports, and documentation
- Follow established property procedures and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as needed
- Maintain resident privacy and professionalism at all times

- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to consistently work the assigned weekend schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain attentive throughout the shift
- Comfortable working independently and handling situations professionally
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, security, residential, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic computer systems, email, and property communication tools
