Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for PanCare of Florida in Panama City, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Executive leadership opportunity within a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Lead provider performance, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain a balanced administrative and clinical practice
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to strengthen operations and patient outcomes
- Drive provider engagement, quality improvement, and organizational growth while maintaining a strong clinical presence
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary Target of $250,000
- Up to $300,000 for the Right Candidate
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time Leadership Position
- Outpatient Clinical Environment

Requirements:
- Board Certified Primary Care Physician REQUIRED
- Current Chief Medical Officer Experience within an FQHC REQUIRED
- Strong Knowledge of UDS, HEDIS, and HRSA Compliance
- Proven Executive Leadership Experience
- Ability to Improve Clinical Quality, Provider Performance, and Organizational Growth
- Strong Relationship Building and Provider Development Skills
