Schedule: 6 month Contract / Hybrid or Remote
Compensation Range: $65 - $70 per hour
Are you ready to architect the future of creative operations for a premier financial services brand? As a strategic consultative partner, you will bridge technical innovation and creative execution by engineering scalable data pipelines, automated workflows, and predictive analytics that power modern marketing agility.
Responsibilities:
- Architect automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and enterprise platforms to optimize cross-functional creative operations.
- Develop high-impact Tableau dashboards to translate complex performance metrics into actionable strategic insights for marketing leaders.
- Partner consultatively with key stakeholders to align technical data solutions with overarching omnichannel business objectives.
- Deploy emerging Agentic AI and LLM capabilities to drive continuous creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, creative operations, or data automation environments.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and automated workflow integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Fusion, APIs).
- Proven track record of transforming disparate behavioral and performance data into strategic predictive models.
Outstanding collaborative communication skills with demonstrated expertise translating complex creative goals into scalable technical architectures.
