RC Furniture is seeking an experienced Lectra Formaris Marker Specialist to join our Production team. This position is responsible for creating, modifying, and verifying production markers using the Lectra Formaris software while ensuring accurate fabric matching and optimal material utilization for upholstered furniture manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Formaris user with a strong understanding of upholstery fabrics, pattern matching, and production marker development.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize production markers using Lectra Formaris.
- Verify marker accuracy prior to cutting.
- Match patterned upholstery fabrics, including plaids, stripes, railroaded fabrics, and engineered repeats.
- Maximize fabric utilization while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Troubleshoot marker layout and fabric matching issues.
- Support production by preparing accurate markers for the Lectra cutting system.
- Work closely with Engineering, Cutting, Upholstery, and Production teams.
- Assist in continuous improvement of cutting efficiency and material utilization.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience using Lectra Formaris is required.
- Demonstrated experience creating and modifying production markers.
- Strong understanding of upholstery fabric matching and engineered repeats.
- Upholstered furniture manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Lectra cutting systems is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
