Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 6:00pm to 3:00am
Pay Rates
Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.
Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
- Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
- Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
- Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.
- Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.
Role for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units.
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety guidelines.
- Measure workpieces to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Inspect finished products for damages and report any issues to management.
