We are looking for a professional, service-oriented team player to join our busy chiropractic practice in Lebanon, New Jersey. As a chiropractic therapy assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Candidates must be able to coordinate and track a variety of details to provide a seamless patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic, be a quick learner, enjoy multi-tasking and staying organized.. Must be flexible and understand the importance of a positive, courteous and professional attitude in the workplace. This position requires you to remain on your feet throughout your shift while providing hands-on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assists the doctors with various therapies and examinations.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patients.
- Control the flow of the office by directing patients to the appropriate area of the clinic.
- Instruct and supervise treatment protocols.
- Administer therapies including cold laser, vibrational therapy, electrotherapy rehab exercises, and hot/cold therapeutic instructions.
- Communicate well with doctors and office staff to provide pertinent patient information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer services for patients; Practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to policy and HIPAA requirements.
- Uses customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.
- Complete a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant program if required on-line (tuition covered by the practice).
Experience
- Prior office experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred, especially in medical or chiropractic offices.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing supportive and professional assistance to patients and other health professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
