ABOUT YOURSELF
- You are a driven self-starter that enjoys handling multiple projects with a great attitude.
- You have a sense of curiosity and like to understand how things are put together.
- You are mechanically inclined, and can think about solutions to any installation problems that may arise.
- You are adaptable and like to learn new things.
- Preferably you have proven experience as an automotive accessories installer or in a similar role. You might have worked at an upholstery shop, another restyler, car toys/stereo king or similar.
- Ideally you like cars and enjoy working on them.
- Ideally you already have your own tools, but we can provide you with the basic ones.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Remove seats from vehicle, install new covers and reinstall the seats.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Pick up/Return vehicles or seats from dealerships
- Pre-inspect customer vehicles
- Help maintaining your work area and the shop clean and organized
- Among others
You can potentially work or receive on the job training for other installations:
- Heated seats wiring and installation.
- Window Tint and Paint protection.
- Sunroof maintenance/service
BENEFITS
- Hourly rate based on experience: 17-35
- Health and Dental Insurance (50% paid by employer)
- PTO (1 week the first year, 2 weeks starting year 2 and 3 weeks starting year 3)
- 8 paid holidays per year.
