Madison Medical Resort operates a 124-bed clinical environment in Odessa designed for high-acuity rehabilitation. Our operational focus remains on nursing reliability and maintaining specific medical protocols to ensure patient safety. We provide a structured floor flow where clinicians have access to necessary supplies and clear communication channels.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- RN Pay: $34/hr
- LVN Pay: $30/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Schedule: Rotating weekends (Every other weekend off)

Responsibilities
- Manage medication administration and clinical treatments for a designated patient assignment.
- Perform routine physical assessments and document findings in the electronic health record.
- Direct the CNA team to ensure bedside care meets facility and state standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and the clinical director regarding changes in patient condition.
- Maintain a sterile and organized workspace to support efficient shift transitions.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing.
- Clinical Skills: Competency in wound care, IV therapy, and patient assessment.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Drug Test: Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
