Plus Tips: Average $4–$5 per hour

About Hello Mochi
Hello Mochi is an exciting new dessert café specializing in handcrafted mochi donuts, croffles, cake in a can, fruit teas, and other unique desserts. We are looking for passionate, dependable, and creative team members who enjoy making beautiful desserts and providing an amazing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh mochi donuts daily.
- Glaze, decorate, and finish desserts with consistency and attention to detail.
- Prepare croffles, cake in a can, fruit teas, and seasonal desserts.
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Help with inventory, prep work, and daily opening or closing duties.
Qualifications
- Bakery, pastry, dessert, or food service experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend availability is required.
