Location: Green, OH
Experience: 5+ years (preferred in OE tire development)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Requirements:
- Lead project management and engineering for PCR/LTR tire development for OE applications.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to meet OE performance requirements.
- Design green and cured tires using company guidelines, simulation tools, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct analytical analysis on design features, manufacturing processes, and characteristics.
- Oversee testing, analyze data, and conduct design reviews and technical reports.
- Manage project budgets, documentation, and coordinate timely delivery of development milestones.
- Apply knowledge of engineering tools, tire materials, production processes, and quality control.
- Use strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
