Position: Studio General Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic leader who’s ready to grow a business, build a team, and help our community become the healthiest version of themselves. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with unlimited earning potential through performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Driving membership growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Creating an upbeat, positive environment where members feel motivated and valued
- Recruiting, hiring, and coaching your studio team — leading by example through personal sales success
- Managing all studio operations, including scheduling, payroll, and facility upkeep
- Reporting daily to ownership on key performance metrics and lead generation
- Engaging the community through social media, outreach, and marketing efforts to grow the HOTWORX brand
- Utilizing CRM systems, POS software, and digital tools for member billing, communication, and retention
- Completing all required company trainings and applying best practices to maximize results
