Elevation Health Solutions is expanding our West Palm Beach sales team and actively seeking motivated, licensed insurance agents who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales.
Unlike many agencies that slow down after Open Enrollment, we operate year-round with consistent inbound lead flow. Our agents speak daily with individuals actively requesting health insurance information.
This is NOT a cold-calling opportunity. Calls come from prospects who are already requesting health insurance information.
This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation
- $700 weekly production draw
- Uncapped commissions paid weekly
- Average agents earn $1,000 – $3,500+ per week
- Weekly performance bonuses and incentives

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
- Educate clients on health insurance plan options
- Assist with enrollments and applications
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain CRM notes and activity tracking
- Work toward weekly production goals
Ideal Candidate
- Motivated and income-driven
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
- Strong communication skills
- Active health insurance license required 2-15 or 2-40
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Coachable and self-motivated
