The Role
Joining the Group's American subsidiary, the selected candidate will report directly to the DMS Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with the local and Divisional finance teams, as well as with key operational functions. The objective of the role is to monitor the financial and operational performance of the subsidiary, ensuring the quality, reliability, and timeliness of management information, while supporting the CFO and local management in decision-making processes through structured analysis, reporting, and control tools.
Specifically, the candidate will:

Develop and verify management and industrial reporting, as well as monthly reporting for local management and the Divisional Headquarters.

Support processes related to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly closings.

Monitor company performance analyzing variances against targets and proposing corrective actions.

Analyze industrial costs, margins, productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability, while defining and monitoring KPIs to support management.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines for all reporting outputs in compliance with Divisional standards.

Collaborate in optimizing ERP systems and business intelligence tools, and participate in international controlling and process improvement projects driven by the Group.
Compensation and Benefits Package
Base Salary: between 100.000 USD and 120.000 USD

Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related disciplines;-
5 to 10 years of post-graduate experience, ideally gained within industrial auditing firms or manufacturing companies operating on a job-order/project basis;

Solid knowledge of industrial accounting, production processes, costing methodologies, and the management of budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting;

Fluency in both Italian and English;

Knowledge of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools;

Strong goal orientation, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and excellent organization and priority management abilities;
