DRiVE Staffing is seeking an organized and people-focused Onsite Staffing Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our temporary workforce and client operations. This role is responsible for onboarding new employees, coordinating drug screenings and compliance requirements, conducting orientations, monitoring attendance, and maintaining ongoing communication with temporary staff. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting both employees and client partners in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation

Schedule and track drug screens, background checks, and compliance requirements

Serve as the main point of contact for temporary employees

Monitor attendance and address employee concerns

Support client staffing needs and workforce retention efforts

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Qualifications:
