**Candidate must have a proven record of at least 1 year of leadership experience in a K–12 school, serving as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Administrator, or in another leadership role. Administrative-level experience in an elementary school is strongly preferred. Leadership experience in higher education (college or university settings) does not qualify.**

Dean of Students- Job Description
The Dean of Students is a results-driven school leader responsible for supporting school-wide excellence across academics, student culture, enrollment, behavior, and operational effectiveness. This role requires a high-impact administrator who can strategically align instructional priorities, student outcomes, and school-wide initiatives while serving as a key member of the leadership team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of improving student achievement, strengthening school culture, supporting student behavior systems, and contributing to enrollment growth and retention efforts. The ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted strategies that drive measurable results is essential. Proven success in school leadership roles such as principal, assistant principal, dean, or school administrator is required.

Assistant Principal - Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Masters strongly preferred)
- Clear CA Multiple Subject Credential or Administrative Services Credential strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 years of successful experience as a school administrator, principal, assistant principal, or leader for a K-12 school Required (elementary school leadership experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of instructional leadership

Schedule: M-F 7:30 PM-4:15 PM (4:30 PM on select days), some evening events
