Duties
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out using hotel management software.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining phone etiquette at all times.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Foster strong guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially at the front desk or guest services.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus, along with general hotel experience in resort settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques.
