Assists in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Region 3 Marketing and Communications (MAC) Department. Provides clerical, organizational, and communication support for print, digital, and internal/external communication efforts. Print Support will include preparing documents for copying and/or printing, assembling printed materials, and additional clerical duties for the Print Shop including record keeping and package/mail check-in and sorting/delivery.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Preferred: experience in an office, clerical, or communications-related role

Preferred: Associate’s Degree

Essential Functions

Help provide completed printing jobs as they are requested in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in person

Draft, format, and proofread basic communications (emails, memos, newsletters)

Provide clerical support including filing, record keeping, and document organization

Assist with preparing and distributing printed and digital materials

Operate specialized equipment for printing & finishing requests including but not limited to binding, laminating, trimming, cutting, hole-punching, and stapling

Prepare external jobs for delivery and contact internal and walk-in customers for job pick-up

Maintain organized records, communication logs, reports, and correspondence

Document and manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and shipments and ensure delivery to appropriate staff

Support website updates and social media posts as needed

Assist with event communications, materials, and coordination

Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
