CycleBar is seeking an assistant sales/studio manager for our state-of-the-art location in Burr Ridge. Our Assistant Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.
ASM are responsible for supporting the General manager in meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals and ancillary service goals by pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads (first time riders) and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Sales Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. ASM must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The ASM is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with CBX team to ensure pricing and promotional events andactivities are clear

Assist with managing the weekly schedule for maximum sales/profit

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio

Proficient in ClubReady and LeadSpeak software

Increase top line revenue by growing rider attendance and rider retention

Identify new riders in each class and deliver on the Rider Experience

Ask New Riders to join as members every class

Identify existing customers who are low on their rider packages and help themrenew/upsell

Provide high level customer service to CycleBar clients, handling customer requests orconcerns in a positive and timely manner

Greet all customers entering the studio and develop relationships with recurring riders

Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner

Drive non-ride revenue (retail sales)

Assist General Manager in Lead Generation Efforts

Participate in photo shoots and content creation for social media

Actively engage on CycleBar social media channels
