We're hiring a Contract Senior Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting a respected Fortune 500 organization headquartered in St. Louis. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Technology while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and corporate positions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates across Finance, Legal, HR, and IT functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, LinkedIn, market research, referrals, cold outreach, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, interview preparation, feedback, and offer management.
- Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding activities in partnership with HR support teams.
- Track recruiting activity within the ATS, maintain compliance with hiring policies, and share recruiting metrics and market intelligence with leadership.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Human Resources, or IT.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets, including passive candidate recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders at multiple levels.
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and modern sourcing techniques; iCIMS experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
