Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cupcakes, pastries, brownies, cakes, cookies, and more ensuring consistency and quality each morning
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients for baking and cooking processes
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures throughout all stages of production
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools
- Support catering orders or special event preparations as needed to meet customer expectations

QUALIFICATIONS No previous experience required but preferred
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests

- Assists with new hire training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed while utilizing supporting training material.
- Delivers family like customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
