We are seeking a dynamic, detail oriented and highly organized Operations Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team and department leadership
- Maintain organized records, reports, logs, and confidential documentation
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and operational reports
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and departmental communications
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating personal assistant duties when needed.
- Serve as a liaison between security personnel, HR, facilities, IT, and external vendors
- Respond professionally to internal inquiries related to security processes and procedures
- Escalate urgent operational concerns to management when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy are essential for efficient data entry and document proofreading..
- Previous experience in customer support demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with effective time management skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
