Duties
- Perform oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, and routine vehicle maintenance with precision and efficiency
- Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and balancing to optimize vehicle safety and performance
- Assist with wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical repairs and service tasks accurately
- Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
- Support the service team in maintaining a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, fluids, tires, and basic repairs is essential
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members
