Overview:
Scope of Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Department by planning, coordinating, and supporting both projects and process improvement initiatives across the division.
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for identifying, defining, and supporting projects and process improvement opportunities within ProAct.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the completion of project management documentation (e.g., Project Charter, Project Plan, Gannt Charting and Project Close out procedures)

Partners with department leaders to assess, design and execute both strategic and operational projects.

Provides regular updates to department leaders regarding project scope and progress.

Ensures that project milestones and goals are met while adhering to project budgets.

Manages relationships with external vendors / partners to ensure projects are executed appropriately and efficiently.
- Contributes to the identification, definition, and development of processes, collecting key information, measures and metrics for monitoring or performance reporting purposes.

Execute internal issue/event investigations coordinating with process and issue owners.

Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes, tools, and techniques.

Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

Preferred: Associates or bachelor’s degree from accredited university
Experience:

3-5 years’ experience required in related field.
Compensation
$24.00-26.00 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
