We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff or catering teams during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently juggling multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or service speed.
- Keep up-to-date with beverage trends, brewing techniques, and industry best practices to offer expert recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Experience serving
- Demonstrated ability in retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
