Project Estimator – Commercial Flooring
Compensation:
Starting range is based on experience. This role includes a performance-based bonus structure that provides the opportunity to earn more as you develop and succeed.
We are a locally owned flooring company with five locations across the Carolinas, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. As we continue to grow our commercial division, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team.
This role focuses on bidding flooring packages for new construction projects. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn—we provide training for the right person.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and submit accurate, competitive bids for commercial flooring projects
Review construction plans and specifications with a high level of detail
Communicate and build relationships with project managers and bid coordinators
Proactively reach out to construction companies to secure bid opportunities
Utilize estimating software and technology (training provided)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
