Elite is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations — from receiving and inspecting inventory to preparing orders for shipment. What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damage, or discrepancies against quality standards
- Document inspection results and flag issues to the appropriate team
- Receive, sort, and store inventory accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker) as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift and/or order picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools/technology (scanners, computers, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Prior warehouse or QC experience a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
