We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Property Manager to lead operations at a student housing community. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about creating a positive living experience for college students.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a student housing property
- Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
- Drive leasing performance, occupancy goals, and renewal results
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guarantors, and prospects
- Manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community events
- Complete financial tasks including reporting, rent collection, and invoice entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, housing rules, and training requirements
- Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, turns, and vendor services
- Maintain excellent curb appeal and brand standards
- Represent the property professionally during tours, move-ins, and outreach events
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of property management or assistant manager experience required
- Student housing experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of leasing, renewals, Fair Housing, and resident relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with property management software (AppFolio a plus)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- On-call after hours for emergencies
- Month of August requires extended work hours for Turn season
