The Payroll Manager will lead the day-to-day U.S. payroll operation, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while providing leadership, coaching, and operational stability. This role focuses on developing the payroll team, maintaining service excellence, and supporting business continuity during an ERP transformation.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience leading a medium to large U.S. payroll function.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, tax, and compliance.
- Experience coaching and developing payroll teams.
- Strong decision-making, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
- PeopleSoft Payroll experience.
- ERP implementation or organizational change experience.
- Experience in large or global organizations.
- Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
