Position Overview
Our Nurse Practitioner will serve as a key clinical provider delivering specialized wound care services in a mobile setting. This role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic wounds while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. The NP will work independently in the field while maintaining close communication with supervising physicians and care teams.

Shift: 8hr day shift
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic wounds
- Perform procedures (e.g., debridement, dressing changes)
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Active NP license and board certification
- DEA license (or eligible)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Wound care or home health experience preferred
- Active malpractice insurance required
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
