Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Graveyard Server to join our team during the late-night hours. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant during the quiet, overnight shift, providing top-notch service to guests who are looking for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing transactions, and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, including beverage and food service.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Upsell menu items like desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and managing food safety practices.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving accurate change.
- Assist with opening or closing duties during your shift to ensure smooth operations overnight.
Experience
- Previous food service experience is highly preferred, especially in restaurant or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience in casual dining environments helps in delivering exceptional guest relations.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.

Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour
