Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on color theory, skincare routines, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Manage retail sales by recommending products aligned with client preferences while demonstrating retail math skills for effective upselling.
- Stay current with industry trends in hair threading, hair extensions, and new cosmetic techniques to provide innovative services.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of color theory for achieving desired hair coloring results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards across all treatments.
- Extensive experience in cosmetology including hair styling, barbering, and advanced skin treatments.
- Skilled in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art design.
- Ability to perform specialized services like eyelash extensions, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments confidently.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies combined with upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
