Bubbles & Bliss Blowout & Salon is looking for a passionate and motivated Salon Manager/Stylist to join our growing team in Plainville, CT. We are a modern beauty salon specializing in blowouts, color services, hair extensions, keratin treatments, and luxury beauty experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys working with clients, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone professional, reliable, creative, and passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon experience
- Perform professional hair services including blowouts, color, styling, treatments, and extensions
- Assist with salon operations, scheduling, and maintaining salon cleanliness
- Support front desk duties including booking appointments and answering client inquiries
- Recommend retail products and educate clients on hair care maintenance
- Help maintain a positive and professional team atmosphere
- Stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut cosmetology license
- Experience with blowouts, styling, coloring, and/or hair extensions preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
- Social media/content creation skills are a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
