Location: Remote EST
We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to support and enhance a healthcare payer Member Enrollment platform. This role will serve as a technical subject matter expert for enrollment-related applications, providing production support, troubleshooting complex incidents, and collaborating with development teams to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare payer domain expertise with hands-on experience in FACETS, member enrollment systems, SQL performance tuning, and modern application development.
Required
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare payer industry.
- 3+ years of experience with FACETS, FACETS Extensions, Member Enrollment, and related application modules.
- Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, including 834 and 820 files.
- 3+ years of advanced SQL experience, including query development, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting mission-critical applications in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
