Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and resolving complaints
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or customer feedback
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services aligned with customer needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies, call protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency (English required) highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including typing at a fast pace
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is a plus
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Cash handling experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
