Comfort Inn & Suites in Independence, Kansas is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team.
Schedule:
- Thursday through Sunday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties and daily reporting
- Provide excellent guest service during overnight hours
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
- Maintain a safe and secure hotel environment
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balancing reports
- Work independently during overnight shifts
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Must be comfortable working alone
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work all scheduled shifts
