We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients regarding cannabis products. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding cannabis products.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their individual requirements.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with POS systems or cash registers is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in cannabis products and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal age to work in the cannabis industry as per state regulations.
