Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each client feels valued and heard
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution using clear and professional communication
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills during all client communications
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills required
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that satisfy customers
- Experience with phone communication, outbound calling, and cash handling is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
