Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and caring Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and medical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests— including bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal tests
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate owners on post-treatment care and general wellness
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience/background in veterinary medicine
- Proficiency in safe and effective animal restraint techniques
- Strong understanding of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Compassionate approach to animal care
