Summary Description:
As the AVL Engineer, you are a vital part of the Team, responsible for carrying on the Vision, Mission and Values of SBC. In this role, you will report to the Production Director and are responsible to oversee and help provide the highest quality audio and technical experience for our campus (multisite) worship environments.

Your Essential Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
Work with the campus pastor, Campus Production Manager and campus leadership to achieve a consistent Scottsdale Bible experience that is set by the Production Director’s expectations and Scottsdale Bible’s standard of excellence
Be responsible for the setup and running of rehearsals, classes and services
Help prep and train volunteers of various classes and in all the rooms containing production gear
Work with volunteers and provide occasional support of various weekday evening and weekend classes and events
Provide support on all campuses as directed and available for various projects and events
Work under the Production Manager/Director of Campus Production to provide excellent and consistent audio and production support for our congregation, YTH, DK and other ministries according to the standards of the Production Director
Be responsible for the volunteer staffing of all services
Help with training of volunteer teams
Work with the campus producer to provide the oversight of equipment, repair and the inventory of supplies
