The Role
We are hiring a Dishwasher / Server Team Member to support evening operations during our busiest late-night hours. This role combines front-of-house guest support and back-of-house cleanliness responsibilities to keep the café running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone who is reliable, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a team environment.
Schedule
- Thursday – Sunday
- 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (late-night shift)
- Part-time position
What You Will DoFront of House (Server Support)
- Greet and assist guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Help deliver food and drinks to tables or pickup area
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area during service
- Clear tables and reset seating efficiently
- Assist with basic guest requests and order flow
Back of House (Dishwashing & Cleaning)
- Wash dishes, cups, utensils, and café equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of dish station and kitchen areas
- Keep prep tools and service items stocked and ready
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- Support closing cleaning checklist each shift
- Take out trash and maintain overall café cleanliness
Who You Are
- Reliable and punctual (especially for late-night shifts)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
- Able to stay organized during busy service periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No experience required (hospitality experience is a plus)
