Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, ensuring smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation, and adhering to food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of culinary techniques or café experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
