Precision Health is seeking an experienced Mobile X-Ray Technologist to join our growing diagnostic imaging team serving healthcare facilities throughout Stamford, CT.
This position is ideal for an X-Ray Technologist who enjoys working independently while providing high-quality portable imaging services directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare settings. Company vehicle and equipment are provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality portable digital X-ray examinations at multiple healthcare facilities throughout Queens.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures.
- Produce diagnostic-quality images in accordance with physician orders and company protocols.
- Travel between assigned facilities while maintaining an efficient daily schedule.
- Operate and maintain portable X-ray equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Follow all radiation safety, infection control, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete accurate documentation and transmit studies promptly for physician interpretation.
- Communicate professionally with patients, nursing staff, administrators, and the operations team.
Qualifications
- Active ARRT (R) Certification required.
- Active CT Radiologic Technologist License required.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous portable or mobile imaging experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing daily travel between facilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
