Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate III to support daily warehouse operations, with a primary focus on order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and safe fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate is expected to pick, pack and ship a min of 80 orders a day (10 orders an hour)
- Accurately pick products from inventory according to order specifications
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment
- Prepare and label shipments in compliance with company and carrier requirements
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition before shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or scanners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed
- Meet productivity and quality standards while working efficiently
- Assist in projects assigned to you by your manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately
- Basic math and computer/scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Successfully pass DOT shipping training within first 90 days.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Lift and move packages up to 50lbs
- Perform repetitive motions during picking and packing tasks
Pay: $14.00 per hour
