Part-Time Licensed Therapist (LPC, LICSW, or LMFT)
Ground Up Behavioral Health is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice in Montgomery, Alabama, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a motivated and caring licensed therapist to join our collaborative team.
As part of our practice, you will work alongside a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy for children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist and other members of the clinical team
- Deliver ethical, evidence-based mental health care
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Alabama LPC, LICSW, or LMFT license
- Eligible for insurance credentialing
- Ability to independently provide psychotherapy
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required. We welcome newly licensed LPCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents
- Experience treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns
- Comfortable working collaboratively within an outpatient psychiatric practice
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $35.00 per hour
- Compensation based on experience and qualifications
- Paid hourly as a W-2 employee
