Pizza Maker – The Edge (CMU Campus)

The Edge is our modern pizza and pasta concept at CMU. We’re seeking a fast, skilled Pizza Maker who can stretch dough by hand, top pies with precision, and work cleanly during busy rushes. Responsibilities:
- Stretch and top pizzas to order using house-made dough
- Work oven station during lunch rush
- Maintain proper dough rotation and prep levels
- Assist with basic prep, salads, and kitchen support
- Keep station clean and organized throughout shift
- Follow allergen, kosher protocols and portion standards
Requirements:
- Experience making pizza (hand-stretch preferred)
- Familiarity with pizza ovens and fast-paced kitchen flow
- Dependable, fast-moving, and team-oriented
- Clean and professional kitchen habits
- Must be able to work lunch shifts
Schedule:
- Lunch and early evening shifts available
- Monday- Friday preferred
- Most Friday nights and Saturdays off
Compensation:
