Field Nurse:
Brooklyn-based licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) is looking for experienced Field Nurses
Job Description:
Visit patients in their homes to complete patient initial assessments, reassessments and supervise home health aides
Travel throughout the five boroughs of NYC is required
Service Manhattan and Bronx locations
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Home Care Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- Registered Professional Nurse & currently registered in NY State
Language:
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, Per diem
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
