CLEAN Elements is seeking a polished, warm, and highly service-oriented Service & Hospitality Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, partners, and guests.
This role sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality, wellness, and healthy-home living. In addition to coordinating events and client experiences, you will support and conduct CLEAN Elements Healthy Home Consultations and Assessments within luxury residences, helping homeowners better understand and elevate the environments in which they live.
The ideal candidate understands that exceptional hospitality is about more than service—it is about anticipating needs, creating trust, paying attention to the smallest details, and making every client feel genuinely cared for. From the moment a client books an assessment to the presentation of their personalized recommendations, you will help ensure the CLEAN Elements experience feels seamless, sophisticated, and highly personal.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, concierge-level experience for CLEAN Elements clients, partners, and guests across every interaction.
- Conduct and support Healthy Home Consultations and Assessments in luxury residences, following CLEAN Elements training, protocols, and service standards.
- Guide clients through the assessment experience with warmth and professionalism, helping them understand how elements of their home environment can be optimized for healthier living.
- Assist with gathering assessment data, documenting findings, and preparing personalized CLEAN Elements reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate client appointments, pre-visit communications, follow-up, and other details to create a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Build trusted relationships with homeowners while respecting the privacy, discretion, and care expected when working within private residences.
- Coordinate intimate dinners, demonstrations, educational workshops, retreats, and other CLEAN Elements experiences from planning through execution.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, schedules, staffing, guest communications, and on-site hospitality.
- Support relationships with luxury real estate professionals, interior designers, wellness practitioners, and other community partners.
- Develop and maintain service procedures that consistently reflect CLEAN Elements standards for hospitality, professionalism, safety, and client care.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to continually elevate the CLEAN Elements experience.
- Support operational reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and other responsibilities associated with delivering exceptional client experiences.
Ideal Background & Skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, private residences, wellness, luxury real estate, hotels, events, or another high-touch client environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, understood, and cared for.
- Polished, professional presence with excellent judgment and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for beautiful, thoughtfully designed experiences.
- Comfortable entering private residences and interacting professionally with discerning clientele.
- Strong organizational and event-management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to learn CLEAN Elements assessment protocols, equipment, technology, and healthy-home principles.
- Comfortable collaborating with wellness practitioners, designers, real estate professionals, vendors, and other partners.
- Self-directed, dependable, and able to manage multiple client and operational priorities.
- Genuine interest in wellness, healthy homes, hospitality, and improving how people experience the spaces in which they live.

Pay: $62,550.33 - $95,217.70 per year
