What You’ll Do
Restoration jobs move quickly and require people who can adapt, learn, and
execute.
In this role you will be involved in multiple aspects of the restoration process.
Emergency Response
- Respond to emergency calls for water damage and property disasters
- Stabilize the property and prevent further damage
- Set up drying equipment and containment
Project Work
- Perform demolition of damaged materials
- Assist with mitigation work and job site setup
- Support project execution from start to finish
Job Intake & Client Interaction
- Answer incoming calls from property owners
- Help scope restoration projects
- Assist with signing new jobs
Documentation
- Learn and use our documentation system for photos, notes, and job records
- Ensure projects are properly documented for insurance and internal tracking
Successful technicians in this role:
- Respond quickly and solve problems on site
- Work efficiently and maintain high job quality
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
- Step in wherever needed to move the job forward
- This role is for someone who likes to hustle and stay busy.
A typical day might include:
- Responding to an emergency water damage call
- Extracting water and setting up drying equipment
- Performing demolition of damaged materials
- Documenting job progress with photos and notes
- Helping scope a new project with a homeowner
- Loading equipment and preparing for the next job
- Some days are calm.
- Some days are chaotic.
- You will often work longer hours during emergencies, but those who thrive in this role enjoy the fast pace.

Requirements
- Experience signing and scoping restoration jobs
- Experience performing restoration demolition
- Comfortable learning and using job documentation systems
- Willing to respond to after-hours calls, nights, and weekends
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
