Recalibrate Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with strong hands-on treatment skills to join a highly individualized, one-on-one rehab practice in Midtown Manhattan.
This is not a spa environment.
Our model combines recovery-focused manual therapy, progressive overload, strength-based rehabilitation, and individualized care to help patients return to higher levels of function, resilience, and activity.
We work with a broad patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic cases and chronic pain patients to active adults, martial artists, combat sport athletes, and performance-focused individuals.
The ideal clinician values quality over volume, enjoys spending time with patients, and understands how hands-on care can support rehabilitation, recovery, movement quality, and overall performance.

Recalibrate Physical Therapy also operates alongside New York City Performance Lab, a performance and longevity-focused business that creates opportunities for collaboration and cross-referral among rehabilitation, recovery, performance, and longevity-focused clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized hands-on treatment sessions
- Perform soft tissue work and recovery-focused care
- Collaborate alongside progressive strength and exercise-based rehab plans
- Assist patients in transitioning from pain and injury back into confident movement and activity
- Provide high-quality one-on-one patient interaction and education

Compensation based on experience and structure.
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
